Screens are the part of the window most people forget, and in South Florida they load up fast: pollen in spring, salt all year, and the fine green film that grows in the humidity. Look through a clean window with a dirty screen and the room still looks dim.
We take each screen out, wash both sides with a soft brush and rinse — no hard scrubbing on the mesh — let it dry, and reinstall it. Frames get wiped too. We mark anything torn or with a bent spline so you know what to replace — we don't re-screen, but we'll tell you which ones need it.

Can screens be cleaned without removing them?
Not well. Dirt sits in the weave and needs a rinse from both sides. Wiping a screen in place pushes grime into the glass behind it, so we always remove them.
Do you repair or re-screen?
No. We'll point out damaged mesh and splines so you can order replacements. Many clients have a screen shop do the re-screening and we reinstall on the next visit.
Is screen cleaning included in exterior window cleaning?
Removing and replacing screens to reach the glass is included. Washing them is a separate add-on that most people add when the screens are looking dim.
How often should screens be cleaned?
Once or twice a year keeps them clear. Homes right on the water or under heavy tree canopy benefit from twice.
