Alec was not only punctual but extremely professional. He gave me a quote in a matter of 15 minutes, he came to the residence and the windows look brand new. I highly recommend this Company.
Exterior Window Cleaning
What's included
Miami glass gets dirty from the outside in. Salt carried in off Biscayne Bay dries into a haze, summer pollen sticks to it, and sprinklers hit the lower panes every morning. Within a few months a clean window looks grey even on a bright day.
We clean the outside of every window with a water-fed pole running deionized water, which rinses without leaving minerals behind, then hand-squeegee the ground-floor and patio glass so the finish is even and streak-free. Frames, sills and the glass edges are wiped, not just the middle of the pane.
Two- and three-story homes are done from the ground with the pole, which keeps our crew inside OSHA's fall-protection rules without a ladder on your roof tiles or footprints in the planting beds.
- Every exterior pane, including transoms, sidelights and sliding doors
- Frames, sills and tracks wiped down
- Deionized pure-water rinse — no mineral spots as it dries
- Hand squeegee on ground-floor glass
- Screens removed and replaced where needed to reach the glass
- Walk-through with you before we leave
Step by step
Our process
Squeegee or water-fed pole is decided window by window. Read how we choose.
01
Walk the house
We count panes, note any hard-water or paint overspray, and confirm the quote before starting.
02
Brush and rinse
A soft brush on a water-fed pole scrubs the glass and frames; deionized water carries the dirt off.
03
Squeegee the low glass
Ground-floor windows and patio doors are squeegeed by hand for a crisp edge-to-edge finish.
04
Detail and check
Sills wiped, drips towelled, and we look at each pane from inside before we go.
On the job
How an exterior clean actually goes
Every photo on this site is a real Coast job in Miami-Dade. This is what the visit looks like from the outside of the glass.
Upper floors from the ground
Second- and third-story glass is scrubbed and rinsed with the water-fed pole. Nobody on a ladder, nothing on your roof tiles, and pure water that dries without spotting.
Doors and sidelights by hand
Entry glass gets the squeegee: it carries fingerprints and hand oils a rinse won't move, and the blade leaves a crisp edge-to-edge finish you can see from the street.
The result
Frames and sills wiped, screens back in their openings, drips towelled. We walk the house with you before we leave.

Exterior Window Cleaning
Common questions
How often should exterior windows be cleaned in Miami?
Homes within a mile or two of the water usually want a clean every 2–3 months; salt haze comes back fast. Inland homes in Kendall or Doral are fine at 3–4 months. Most of our clients pick a schedule and stop thinking about it.
Do you use ladders?
Rarely. Water-fed poles reach three stories from the ground, which is safer for our crew and easier on your roof tiles and landscaping. If a window truly needs a ladder we'll tell you before we set one up.
Will the pure-water rinse leave spots?
No. Deionized water has nothing in it to leave behind, so it can dry on the glass without spotting. That's the whole reason we carry it instead of using tap water.
Do you need me to be home?
Not for exterior-only work. We need gate or side-yard access and a hose bib. We text when we arrive and when we're done.
