Which membership should I pick?
Waterfront homes in Coconut Grove and Palmetto Bay: monthly or quarterly. Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami, Kendall: quarterly. Doral and other inland homes: twice a year. We'll recommend one after the first clean.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run until you tell us to stop. You can pause for travel or renovation and pick back up.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain doesn't affect pure-water cleaning. In a storm we move you to the next open day and text you.
Can I add interior cleaning to my membership?
Yes. Interior and exterior, twice a year, both done on the same visit. One trip, one appointment to schedule.
